Rules
When competitors send a video for preliminary and semifinal rounds,
the video should include the self-introduction
“I am 00000000(full-name), who is a participant of IPS World Competition”

Applicants must send the links of the video(s). YouTube links are also acceptable.

Video editing is forbidden.

On the recording, piano, hands and applicant's face must be clearly seen.

Applicants whose professor is in the jury will be not be judged by their own professor.

Applicants who are recommended by IPS committee members can be passed the preliminary rounds and advanced to semi-final rounds.

By sending the application, the applicant accepts the regulations, the general policies and the terms of use of the competition.

Application of under minor pianists must be filled and submitted by their parent(s) or legal guardian.

Once the application fee is paid, it can not be refunded.

The organizer has the right to record, reproduce and distribute the competitors' performances in the competition.

参赛者发送初赛和半决赛视频时，视频中应包括自我介绍“

· 申请人必须发送视频链接。（或YouTube网页链接）
· 禁止编辑视频。
· 录音中必须清楚地看到钢琴、手和申请人的脸。
· 评委团评审标准不受申请者授课教授关系的影响，由国际钢琴协会成员推荐的申请人免初赛并进入半决赛。
·发送参赛申请前，默认申请人接受比赛的规则、一般规范和申请条款。
·未成年钢琴家的申请必须由其父母或法定监护人填写和提交。
·报名费一经缴纳，概不退还。
主办方有权保留、复制和转发参赛者在比赛中的表演。
